Win the game by being the first player to get 3 symbols in a row like a Tic-Tac-Toe or 5 of your symbols on the board. Win two out of three games and you win the match.

HOW TO SET UP THE GAME

1. Follow the assembly instructions on the back of the gameboard. 2. Keep the X and O markets handy! When a square is won, a marker is placed on the gameboard under the guest star's name.

CLIFF HANGER — The well-known mystery writer whose best-sellers always leave you on the edge of your seat.

BARBIE CUE — World renowned chef and star of her own syzdicated TV show "200 Ways To Prepare Hamburger."

HERMAN HEMAN — International weightlifter and heartthrob of the silver screen.

ROSY GLOW - Make-up artist of the stars. Her line of cosmetics has made her world famous

TOM FOOLERY — Well-known stand-up comic, who's not above putting anybody down.

I. LEAN — Famous diet doctor whose book "Don't Eat That, It's Fattening" replaced the cook book in most homes.

M. T. PROMISES — Senator from the state of confusion. His politics are as shaky as his campaign workers.

APRIL SHOWERS - Weather person best known for her appearances on the daily morning show "Yesterday."

BARRY TONE — The lead singer of the rock group "Gravel" with a voice so low it gets you down.

BELLE E. LAUGH — Southern sweetheart comedienne, hostess of the celebrity roast show "Southern Fried."

WILL R. GUE — The bad boy of tennis. Known to break his racket over the head of anyone who dares defeat him.

LYNN D. HOP — Dancing and singing star of the new hit movie, "Dancing' in the Rain."

HOW TO PLAY THE GAME

FOR A 2-PLAYER GAME

1. One player chooses either the X or the O to play during the game. The other player chooses the other symbol.

2. O takes the first unused Question and Answer card and inserts it into the bottom of the card holder with Question #1 on top. Move the card up until question #1 is at the top and the answer cannot be seen. Note: Do not move the card past the black warning line or the answer for question #1 will be revealed.

3. X chooses a square on the gameboard to try to win by announcing the name of the guest star that's in the chosen square.

4. ASKING A QUESTION: O reads question #1 aloud. Example: Which of these foods contains the most sugar... peaches, lemons or watermelons?

5. ANSWERING A QUESTION: O then gives an answer to the question by saying YES, NO, TRUE, FALSE Or by choosing one of the MULTIPLE CHOICE answers. O can either give an answer he or she believes is correct or bluff with a wrong answer. It's up to X to decide if O is telling the truth or bluffing. Example: O answers watermeAons.

6. AGREEING OR DISAGREEING: X agrees or disagrees with O's answer. Example: X disagrees with O's answer of watermelons.

7. OUTCOME: O moves the Question and Answer card up, revealing the answer and reads it aloud. Example: The answer is lemons.

• If X was correct in agreeing or disagreeing, X wins the square and places an X marker in the square under the guest's picture. Example:. X wins the square because X disagreed O's incorrect answer.

• If X was incorrect in agreeing or disagreeing, then O wins the square by default and places an O marker in the square under the guest's picture. There is one exception to winning a square by default.

Exception: If winning a square by default would allow you to win the game, then your symbol cannot be placed in the square. In order for any player to win a square that would give him or her a Tic-Tac-Toe or 5 symbols on the board, he or she must be correct in agreeing or disagreeing with an opponent's answer.

8. Now it's O's turn. O chooses a square by announcing the name of the guest star that's in the chosen square.

9. X moves the Question and Answer card up so question #2 can be seen and reads the question aloud.

10. Play as above but this time X answers the question by bluffing or giving an answer believed to be correct. O must agree or disagree with X's answer.

11. X moves the question and answer card up, revealing the answer to quesition #2 and reads it aloud.

• If O was CORRECT in agreeing or disagreeing, O wins the square and places an O marker in the square under the guest's picture.

• If O was INCORRECT in agreeing or disagreeing, then X wins the square by default and places an X marker in the square under the guest's picture. See Exception in Rule 7.

12. Player alternate turns, picking a square, answering the question and either agreeing or disagreeing.

HOW TO WIN

Play continues until one player makes a Tic-Tac-Toe or gets 5 symbols on the gameboard. That player wins the game. The first player to win two out of three games wins the match.

Examples of Winning Games

Note: This game does not contain a "Secret Squares as in the TV version.

Important: If more than 9 questions are needed to complete a game, use questions from the last game #50, or questions that were not used in previous games.

FOR A 3-PLAYER GAME

In a 3-player game, the third player is the MC. It's the MC's job to control the Question and Answer card. The MC reads the questions and the answers aloud for the other players.

FOR A 4 OR MORE PLAYER GAME

When 4 or more people are playing, one person is designated as the MC. The other players are divided into two teams. There is no advantage if one team has an extra player. One team plays the X's and the other team plays the O's.
Players take turns answering questions and agreeing or disagreeing with answers. Follow the above game play.
